The international caricature exhibition “Diplomacy of Humor"
The international caricature exhibition “Diplomacy of Humor"” presents works by some of the best caricaturists and cartoonists in Slovakia.
This exhibition aims to establish a cultural bridge between Israel and Slovakia and to demonstrate how humor can connect cultures, languages, and people through humor and satire, and provide a sharp view of everyday life from a universal perspective.
Approximately one hundred satirical and ironic works by Slovak artists who have exhibited in Europe and around the world are featured in this exhibition.
Funding from the Haifa Cultural Foundation helped set up the exhibition.
Curators
Andrey Popov, Sergey Sichenko and Ilya Katz from Israel, and Peter Razus from Slovakia.
